Ingredients

  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Egg white 2
  • Chopped green chili 4
  • Oil to fry
  • MIXTURE:
  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Bread crumbs 1 pack
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Seekh kebab spice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients of mixture and chop together in electric chopper.

  2. Then add mint leaves, egg, green chili and knee well.

  3. Make kebabs of desired shape and deep fry in oil.

  4. Tasty crispy kebabs are ready, serve hot with ketchup.
