Ingredients

  • White flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Calrified butter/ Ghee (very cold & solid) 1 and 1/4 cup
  • Water as required
  • Eggs beaten 1 and 1/2

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl put all ingredients knead with ghee, making sure the ghee doesnt melt with your hands.

  2. Add water as required, making sure the dough is not soft.

  3. Make small balls.

  4. Roll the balls out a little.

  5. Using circular cut out plastic sheets, place the half rollen dough in the middle and cover with another plastic sheet.

  6. Roll out with rolling pin, thinly.

  7. Freeze paranthas, with plastic film on.

  8. To Fry Frozen Parantha: place on a heated frying pan, add only a little ghee and cook on both sides.
