  • Flour 2 cup
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Water ¾ cup
  • For Filling:
  • Gravy or mince as required
  • Biryani, pulao or noodles as required
  • Yogurt salsa 1 cup
  • Minta sauce ½ cup
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Onion as required (rings)
  • Tomatoes as required (slices)

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, oil and water and knead to form dough.

  2. Leave and let it rise for few hours.

  3. With the help of rolling pin, form round chapatiyan.

  4. Cook the chapaties from both sides and fill them with gravy, mince, biryani, pulao or noodles.

  5. Then pour yogurt salsa and minta sauce on it.

  6. Also place salad leaves, onion rings and tomato slices on it and roll the chapati.

  7. Cut it from the middle and serve.

  8. Delicious Burrito rolls are ready to serve.
