  • Potatoes 2
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard Paste 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Wash the potatoes well to remove any dirt or grime and leave the skins.

  3. Slice the potatoes into even shaped wedges.

  4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oil  and rub mustard onto wedges.

  5. Place onto foil lined pan trying not to overlap.

  6. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
