Lahori Katlama

Sift flour in a bowl.

Add in salt, oil and water as required.

Knead to form smooth dough.

Take another pan and boil tomatoes.

Blend boiled tomatoes with red food color in a juicer.

Add in beaten egg.

Pour this mixture in a bowl and add crushed coriander, crushed cumin, pomegranate seeds, red chili powder, salt, oregano and fresh coriander.

Mix thoroughly and keep aside.

Form the prepared dough into shape of a chappati (roti).

Apply the mixture on top of it, and fry from both sides.

Lahori katlama is ready to serve.
