  • 1/4 Cup Mushrooms (sliced and stir fried)
  • 1 Small onion (sliced)
  • 1 Cup chicken pieces (boneless cubes and boiled)
  • 1/2 Cup pasta (boiled)
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 Tsp black pepper (grounded)
  • 1 Tbsp Soya sauce
  • 1/4 Ajinomoto
  • 2 Tbsp Oil or butter
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add onions and fry until golden brown.

  2. Then add chicken, salt, black pepper, Soya sauce and Ajinomoto.

  3. Stir and add milk and cheese.

  4. Heat on a low flame for 2-3 minutes.

  5. In a glass bowl pore the pasta and add mushrooms.

  6. On top pour all the mixture and put into oven to bake.

  7. Bake it for 20 minutes and serve with tomato ketchup.
