  • Lasagna strips 1 packet
  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Tomato 250 gm (chopped)
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese ½ cup
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
  • Ketchup as required
  • Chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. In a pan add water salt and 1 tbsp oil bring boil and cook lasagna strips till done half.

  2. Take out lasagna sheets from pan apply oil on sheets keep a side in a plate.

  3. In a wok heat oil put onion and soft it add chicken mince stir.

  4. Add brown sugar, salt, garlic, chili flakes and oregano now fry chicken on high flame.

  5. When chicken tender add tomato puree and chopped tomatoes cover and cook to tender.

  6. Grease individual ramekin pots with oil place lasagna sheets in square piece on pot add 1 tbsp cream, chicken, tomato ketchup, lasagna sheet, again ketchup chicken then top with chedder and mozzarella cheese place chopped tomatoes.

  7. Bake into pre heated oven at 180 C for 10 minutes.
