Gram lentil dumplings are great for iftar or with tea. Its taste will be more tasty as compare to common gram flour's dumplings. Must try and enjoy in rainy season also.

Ingredients

  • Gram lentils 1 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sweet soda 1 pinch
  • Whole white cumin seeds ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic cloves 5
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Green chili 3
  • Green coriander leaves ½ bunches
  • Oil for frying ½ liter

Cooking Directions

  1. Soak gram lentils in water over night, drain the water.

  2. Put the soaked gram lentils in to the chopper, add onion, whole garlic cloves, ginger, turmeric powder, whole white cumin seeds, green chilies, green coriander leaves , sweet soda, salt & pepper.

  3. Chopped them properly.

  4. Remove it from the chopper.

  5. Start frying the Piaazo , drop the piaazo paste with the help table spoon or scope one by one into hot oil in a wok.

  6. Let fry till they pop up & turned golden brown color.

  7. Remove it from the hot oil.

  8. Serve it with Chutney.
