Ingredients

  • Chicken ( boneless) 250 gms
  • Fish boneless 250 gms
  • Cabbage (cubes) 1/2 cup
  • Carrots (cubes) 1/4 cup
  • Capsicums (cubes) 1/4 cup
  • Cauliflower (slices) 1/4 cup
  • Spring onions cubes) 1/4 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 1/2
  • Salt, pepper, Soya sauce & chili sauce as per taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Clean and wash the fish.

  2. Fry till golden brown.

  3. Shred the fish and put aside.

  4. Boil the chicken till it is half cooked.

  5. Then add vegetables and boil for 10-12 minutes.

  6. Mix the shredded fish, corn flour and the remaining ingredients and keep stirring for a few minutes.

  7. Serve hot.
