Ingredients

  • Chicken 2 (breast, leg pieces)
  • Ginger paste 2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Pipli powder 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Yellow food color few
  • Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Onion for garnishing (rings)
  • Salad leaves for garnishing

Cooking Directions

  1. Add chicken, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, pipli powder, red chili and yellow food color in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Then add 2 to 3 tablespoon oil, mix well and keep aside for an hour.

  3. Then add chicken in a pan, cover and cook on low heat.

  4. When it becomes tender then put in dish and garnish with onion rings and salad leaves.

  5. Pan chicken tikka is ready to serve with raita and green dip.
