Ingredients

  • Rice flour 100 gm
  • Milk ½ liter
  • Sugar 125 gm
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Vanilla essence few drops
  • Laddo 3 – 4

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl put together rice flour and a little milk, mix well to a smooth paste.

  2. Pour the remaining of ½ liter milk in a wok with sugar.

  3. Cook till sugar is dissolved.

  4. Slowly add in rice flour paste and continue to mix, cook till thickens.

  5. Now add fresh cream, vanilla essence and 1 crushed laddu.

  6. Crush the remaining laddu and put a little in each serving bowl.

  7. Top with the prepared custard mixture.

  8. Chill very well and serve.
