potato, boiled and cut into cubes |

1/2 tsp black pepper |
 |
1/2 tsp red chilli powder |
 |

eggs |

2–3 green chillies |
 |
1–2 cheese slices |

Salt to taste |

Oil for frying |

Heat oil in a pan, fry onions and add vegetables.

Fry till tender. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper and milk.

Pour the egg mixture in a pan containing vegetables and
spread evenly.

Sprinkle chopped cheese slices on the omelette and cook for
two minutes.

Turn over to cook the other side. Fold and serve hot.
