Popover batter |

This pizza has a twist to it –– it is upside down with the
crust on top! Heat oil in a pan, add chicken and fry for
five minutes.

Add capsicum and olives.

Add pizza sauce and simmer for a couple of minutes.

Pour into a transparent glass baking tray or dish, and top
with mozzarella cheese.

Mix eggs, milk, oil and salt in a bowl.

Add flour and mix well.

Pour popover batter over the chicken mixture. Sprinkle
Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
