bullet Beef 1/2 kg, boneless (cut in squares)
bullet Honey 1 tbsp
bullet Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
bullet White cumin seed powder 1 tbsp
bullet Coriander seeds 1 tbsp (roasted and ground)
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Soya Sauce
bullet Cooking oil 2 tbsp
  • Combine meat, spices, oil and marinate for 6-7 hours. Put meat on skewers and cook on griller. After grilling and more oil, serve with salad and chutney.
