Take
ingredients of kabab (except oil and yogurt) and process
them in a fine mixture (via processor) and marinate for one
hour. Heat the grill. Divide mutton mixture in 8 equal parts
and make their sausage type kababs. Grill these kababs with
a brush rub oil and yogurt on kababs and grill them for 10
minutes until they turn golden brown. These kababs can be
barbequed on coal grill also. Serve kababs with salad or
raita.
