bullet Mutton minced 1/2 kg
bullet Salt 1 tsp
bullet Tenderizer 1 tsp
bullet Zeera 1 tsp
bullet Red chili 1 1/2 tsp
bullet Yogurt 1/4 cup
bullet Garam Masala powder 1 tsp
bullet Lemon juice 2 tbsp
bullet Besan 1 tbsp
bullet Brown onion 1 grinded
bullet Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
  • Marinate the minced meat with all these for 1-1/2 hours. Give it the smell of burnt coal. Arrange on stick. Heat oil and cook on slow flame. Serve with vegetables and chutney.
