Heat
one-tablespoon oil in a pan; add the mince and all the
spices, stirring frequently. Cook till all the water
evaporates. Mix together mashed potatoes and salt and
pepper. Wet hands and break off 2 tablespoon mash potatoes
shape it into a smooth ball, indent and stuff in the mince
meat, flatten it into a shape of a cutlet, dip in the beaten
egg and then the bread crumbs. Fry in just enough oil to
cover the cutlets till golden brown.
