	Boneless beef or mutton cut in cubes or as passandas 1/2 kg
	Raw papaya paste 1 1/2 tbsp
	Malai or cream 1/2 cup
	Lemon juice 2 tbsp
	Yogurt 1/2 cup

Grind

	Green Chiles 6-8
	Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
	Ginger 1 tsp
	Garlic 1 tsp
	Zeera (roasted and grinded) 1 tsp
	Salt 1 tsp

• Marinate all of the above for 4 hours. Put on four skewers and Bar-B-Q. Serve with onion rings, lemon and chutney, Nan or Paratha.
