Mix the
above spices in lemon juice. Wash the chicken pieces well
and make small slits on them. Marinate the pieces with the
lemon mixture and leave it for 2 hrs.
Put the
marinated pieces on skewers and BBQ. After they are half
cooked, apply a few drops of ghee on the tikkas. Continue to
BBQ for further 15 min. serve with nan and chutney.
