- Fry
basin in oil in mince add slice (remove crusts), salt and
green chilies. Chop this mince in a chopper then mix egg in
it and make small seekh kabab like bababs of it. Deep-fry
these golden brown. In a mud Handi heat oil and fry onion in
it until pinkish brown, then add in it tomatoes, red
chilies, black peppers, ginger, garlic, salt, green chilies,
water and cook until water dries up. Now stir-fry it. Now
place kababs on top of this mixture and sprinkle lemon juice
and coriander over it. Give dum to this handi for 10 to 15
minutes. Garnish with salad, tomatoes and onion. Serve these
Handi kababs with Til naan.
