Wash
the beef slices and marinate them in the ingredients mixture
for 5-6 hours. In wooden skewers, closely skew all the meat
slices and press them so that they are flatten. In a bowl
place the beaten eggs. Rub skewers with breadcrumbs and
beaten eggs.
Fry
these skewers in warm oil in a pan. Rotate the skewers while
frying. Fry until all the meat slices are golden brown.
Serve with tomato salad.
