bullet Beef (thin slices) 1/2 kg
bullet Ginger paste 1 tbsp
bullet Garlic paste 1 tbsp
bullet Papaya paste 1 tbsp
bullet Salt 1 tsp
bullet Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
bullet Green chillies paste 1 tbsp
  • Wash the beef slices and marinate them in the ingredients mixture for 5-6 hours. In wooden skewers, closely skew all the meat slices and press them so that they are flatten. In a bowl place the beaten eggs. Rub skewers with breadcrumbs and beaten eggs.
  • Fry these skewers in warm oil in a pan. Rotate the skewers while frying. Fry until all the meat slices are golden brown. Serve with tomato salad.
