bullet Small fresh onions 6
bullet Chilli powder 1 tsp
bullet Coriander powder 1 tsp
bullet Ground pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Oil for frying
bullet Gram flour a little
  • Mix all the dry ingredients together. Peel the skin of the onions and slit the onions into four pieces from the top but leave them unbroken at the bottom.
  • Fill the onions with dry ingredients. Mix gram flour with a little water to form a thick paste. Season with salt.
  • Coat the stuffed onions with this, and deep fry on medium flame till evenly browned on all sides.
