
- Add
chopped onion, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin
seeds, salt and oil to the masoor, soaked in enough water
and pressure cook till done.
- Remove
and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes. Sprinkle garam
masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Whole
green gram (moong) can also be cooked in this manner.
