
- Boil
sweet potatoes, skin and mash. Add milk and cook stirring
till it becomes a thick paste. Keep aside.
- Make a
syrup of sugar. When it becomes one string consistency, add
the cooked sweet potato. Cook, adding the ghee every 2
minutes.
- Add the
grated coconut, crushed cardamom, essence, khoya and cook
well. When it starts leaving the pan, pour into a greased
thali.

Decorate with nuts and cut into diamond shapes and serve.
