bullet Rajmah 2 cups
bullet Large onions 3
bullet Large tomatoes 3
bullet Ginger 1" piece
bullet Green chillies 2
bullet Cloves of garlic 2
bullet Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
bullet Coriander powder 1 tsp
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Ghee
  • Soak rajmah for 12 hours. Then pressure cook for 1/2 an hour. Fry finely chopped onions in a little ghee, add the dry ingredients and finely chopped ginger, green chillies and garlic.
  • Keep stirring and add the chopped tomatoes and salt. When the gravy is thick, add the boiled rajmah.
  • Cook till creamy.
