bullet Rajmah 1/2 kg
bullet Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
bullet Chilli powder 1 tsp
bullet Onions 2
bullet Tomatoes 2
bullet Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
bullet Garam masala 1 tsp
bullet Cloves of garlic 10
bullet Ginger 1" piece
bullet Cream 1/2 cup
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Coriander leaves
bullet Ghee as needed
  • Put cleaned, soaked rajmah with water in a pressure cooker. Add chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
  • Also add ghee and all spices. Cook till smooth and done.
  • Remove and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in cream and garnish with coriander.
