Rajmah 1/2 kg
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Onions 2
Tomatoes 2
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Cloves of garlic 10
Ginger 1" piece
Cream 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Ghee as needed
Put cleaned, soaked rajmah with water in a pressure cooker. Add chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic and ginger.
Also add ghee and all spices. Cook till smooth and done.
Remove and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
Stir in cream and garnish with coriander.
