bullet Milk 1 litre
bullet Curd 1 tbsp
bullet Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
bullet Sugar to taste
  • Boil two cups milk. Pour the curd and stir well, till it curdles. Tie in a muslin cloth till all water is drained.
  • Simmer remaining milk till very thick and creamy. Add sugar. Make small diamond shaped pieces of paneer and put into simmering milk.
  • Stir gently so that the paneer pieces do not break.
  • Flavour with cardamom powder.
