bullet Minced meat 1 cup
bullet Onion 1
bullet Green chilli 1
bullet Garam masala 1 tsp
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Ghee

For coating:

bullet Flour 30 gms
bullet Ghee 1/2 tsp
bullet Salt a pinch
  • Wash the mince. Leave it to drain. Chop the onion and green chilli. Heat 1 tbsp. ghee and fry the onion till golden brown.
  • Add the minced meat, salt and chillies and cook adding 1/2 cup water, till meat is tender and dry.
    Make a dough by mixing flour, salt, ghee and a little water.
  • Make balls. Roll them out. Cut into halves.
  • Make a cone of the pastry and put the stuffing in.
  • Press the edges securely and deep fry in ghee till brown.
