Kheema 250 gms
Onions (chopped) 2
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Wheat flour 250 gms
Eggs 6
Salt to taste
Oil as needed
Make a dough with atta and water. Fry kheema in 4 tbsps. oil and cook till dry. Fry each egg separately in both sides and season with salt.
Take one ball of the dough and roll into a round shape, spread a thin layer of kheema and put a fried egg on top of it.
Close all sides. Roll gently and fry on a griddle using oil.
