bullet Kheema 250 gms
bullet Onions (chopped) 2
bullet Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
bullet Garam masala 1 tsp
bullet Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
bullet Chilli powder 1 tsp
bullet Wheat flour 250 gms
bullet Eggs 6
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Oil as needed
  • Make a dough with atta and water. Fry kheema in 4 tbsps. oil and cook till dry. Fry each egg separately in both sides and season with salt.
  • Take one ball of the dough and roll into a round shape, spread a thin layer of kheema and put a fried egg on top of it.
  • Close all sides. Roll gently and fry on a griddle using oil.
