bullet Minced meat 250 gms
bullet Onion
bullet Green chilli 1
bullet Egg 1
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Garam masala 1/2 tsp
bullet Ghee as needed

Grind:

bullet Onions 2
bullet Ginger 1/2” piece
bullet Turmeric powder 1 tsp
bullet Coriander 2 tsps
bullet Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
bullet Green chillies 2
  • Wash and clean the mince. Squeeze the water out. Grind the garam masala, chop the onion and green chilli.
  • Mix them all together with enough salt and beaten egg, and form into small balls and deep fry.
  • Fry the ground masala in ghee and make gravy. It should be a rich golden brown in colour.
  • Add water and bring to a boil. Add koftas and let it simmer for half an hour.
  • Season if necessary.
