Minced meat 250 gms
Onion
Green chilli 1
Egg 1
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Ghee as needed
Grind:
Onions 2
Ginger 1/2” piece
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander 2 tsps
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2
Wash and clean the mince. Squeeze the water out. Grind the garam masala, chop the onion and green chilli.
Mix them all together with enough salt and beaten egg, and form into small balls and deep fry.
Fry the ground masala in ghee and make gravy. It should be a rich golden brown in colour.
Add water and bring to a boil. Add koftas and let it simmer for half an hour.
Season if necessary.
