Minced meat 1 kg
Shelled peas 3/4 kg
Curd (well beaten) 11/2 cups
Green cardamoms 4
Bay leaves 3
Peppercorns 10
Cloves 5
Cinnamon sticks (crushed finely) 2"
Ghee
Salt to taste
Grind:
Onion 400 gms
Ginger 1" piece
Red chillies 2
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Heat 4 tbsps. ghee and fry the ground masala till golden brown in colour. Then add the minced meat and salt to taste.
Cover and cook, stirring occasionally so that the meat turns golden brown in colour. Keep adding a little water till the meat is properly cooked.
Add the peas, cover once again. When peas are tender, add well beaten curd and crushed garam masala.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
