
- Wash
and clean the fish. Rub all over with salt.
- Rub all
over and inside stomach with the ground masala, (cumin
seeds, turmeric powder, chillies, garlic, ginger and
pepper), and put aside.
- Place a
frying pan on the flame and add oil. When hot, add the curry
leaves and the prepared fish and cook both sides till done.
- Care
must be taken that the fish does not break. Remove (when
cooked) onto a dish, surround with potato chips and salad.
- Before
serving, squeeze fresh lime over the fish.
