Gram flour 50 gms
Onions 10 gms
Green chillies 2
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves a few sprigs
Ghee as needed
Sieve together the gram flour and salt. Chop onion, green chillies and coriander finely. Add to the flour and make a batter with water.
Add salt.
Spread batter on a greased griddle to form a circle of about 12 cm. diameter. Cook for 2 minutes.
Turn over and add ghee around the sides and on top. Cook on both sides. Serve hot.
