bullet Gram flour 50 gms
bullet Onions 10 gms
bullet Green chillies 2
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Coriander leaves a few sprigs
bullet Ghee as needed
  • Sieve together the gram flour and salt. Chop onion, green chillies and coriander finely. Add to the flour and make a batter with water.
  • Add salt.
  • Spread batter on a greased griddle to form a circle of about 12 cm. diameter. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Turn over and add ghee around the sides and on top. Cook on both sides. Serve hot.
