bullet Sugar 800 gms
bullet Cardamoms 10
bullet Saffron a pinch
bullet Ghee
  • Soak the almonds in water for about 3 hours. Wash, strain and skin them, then grind them finely.
  • Make a syrup. Add crushed cardamoms, saffron and almonds. Beat together until mixture thickens.
  • Add a little ghee and stir again for 2 minutes.
  • Removes from flame and serve.
