bullet Potatoes 250 gms
bullet Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
bullet Green chillies 3
bullet Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
bullet Garam masala 1/2 tsp
bullet Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
bullet Mango powder 1/2 tsp
bullet Wheat flour 1/2 tsp
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Ghee for frying
  • Knead the wheat flour with a pinch of salt, adding water. Make into a soft dough. Boil potatoes, peel and mash.
  • Add salt, chilli powder, chopped green chillies, coriander powder, mango powder, garam masala and coriander leaves.
  • Knead well till well mixed. Make equal portions of the wheat dough and the potato mixture.
  • Take one ball of wheat dough, make a small puri, put in the potato mixture, close the edges. Roll in dry wheat flour and roll into paranthas.
  • Fry on griddle by adding ghee, on both sides.
