Prepare
rice flour as in the previous recipe without salt. Fry til
and mix it with the dry grated jaggery. Boil water in the
vessel.
When
water boils, place the muslin cloth at the mouth. Put one
layer of rice powder, then another layer of til. Repeat this
till you exhaust. the rice powder and til seeds and jaggery.
The top
layer should be of rice flour.
Cover
with the same muslin cloth and steam cook. Unfold and remove
to a dish.
