For the
filling, mix the jaggery, coconut and khoya and cook on a
low flame till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
Mix
semolina, atta and oil to make a smooth batter with water or
milk. Heat a tava/ griddle and smear a little oil on it.
When
the oil smokes pour a tbsp. batter on it and spread it
thinly with a ladle in a round shape, Put some filling on
the prepared round and roll it and serve to a plate.
