For batter:
 
bullet Semolina (sooji) 1 cup
bullet Atta 1 cup
bullet Oil 1 tbsp
bullet Cream 1 cup

Filling:

bullet Jaggery 1 cup
bullet Coconut (grated) 1
bullet Khoya 1/2 cup
  • For the filling, mix the jaggery, coconut and khoya and cook on a low flame till the mixture leaves the sides of the vessel.
  • Mix semolina, atta and oil to make a smooth batter with water or milk. Heat a tava/ griddle and smear a little oil on it.
  • When the oil smokes pour a tbsp. batter on it and spread it thinly with a ladle in a round shape, Put some filling on the prepared round and roll it and serve to a plate.
  • Prepare all the pancakes in the same way.
  • Serve with cream.
