Mix the
ground mustard with salt to taste and chilli paste. Add a
little water to make the paste fluid (but not too watery).
Pour
some mustard oil into the dish in which the fish is going to
be cooked and served. Add the fish (which can, if prepared,
be very lightly browned in oil first).
Pour
the mustard liquid over, add a few green chillies. Cover the
dish, weigh with a stone and set in a pan of boiling water.
Let the
fish steam for 10-15 minutes.
Turn
the fish pieces over once and cook till ready to serve.
