Clean
and slice fish. Lightly fry fish pieces in oil. In the same
oil, add the garam masala. Then lightly fry onion rings till
light golden in colour. Add fish.
Meanwhile, beat the curd with a tsp. of sugar, salt and very
little turmeric powder. Pour this mixture over fish and
onions.
Add
green chillies. Cover and put a weight over the cover.
Place
the dish in a pan of boiling water and steam for 10-15
minutes on both sides.
