
- Apply
turmeric powder and salt to cleaned, deveined prawns and
boil. Peel the brinjals and cut into pieces.
- Heat 11/2
cup of oil in a vessel, add ground red chillies, a little
water and brinjal pieces and fry on a medium flame till they
are soft.
- Add the
prawns, salt and keep stirring. When nearly ready, add the
mustard paste, slit green chillies to the prawns.
- Pour a
little mustard oil over just before serving.
