3/4 cup lemon juice |
|
|
5.5 cups water |
|
|
1.50 cups sugar |
|
|
3 cups strawberries |
|
|
To garnish - mint, fresh few
sprigs |

Working in batches, Place lime
juice, water, sugar and strawberries in blender and blend to
a smooth puree
-
Force the puree through a fine
sieve, pressing hard on the solids. Stir and add additional
sugar, if desire. Stir to dissolve the sugar

Pour the lemonade into tall
glasses, filled with crushed ice
-
Garnish with mint spring
-
Serve Immediately
Serves 6 people
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
