Heat
the clarified butter in a wok (kadhai). Add the aniseed and
let them crackle. Add the broken wheat and stir-fry till it
is well browned. Add the almonds, coconut and water; bring
to a boil. Lower the flame and cook till the broken wheat
becomes tender. Add the sugar and stir till it dissolves
completely. Remove from the flame, garnish with a few
slivers of almonds and cardamoms.
