Dear Chef Rahat: I am one of your fans from China, actually, I got this from the internet, I like Indian food very much,especially the Roti Prata and the sauce, it's very very nice, but I can't find anywhere selling this kind of nice food in my hometown, so I just wonder if you can teach how to make it, or tell me the recipe of the sauce( the gravy or curry for the prata I am not sure), thank you very much.
