  1. Doyle, The both terms are used for Mustard Green Leaves.Sarson is the hindi/punjabi word for mustard and saag means greens. Saag is a Punjabi term which means greens. so the English translations is mustard greens. This is also known as chenopodium in English.

  2. Please explain to a non-Hindi speaker either by e-mail or in the comments below the difference between the almost identical "sarson ka saag" and "sarson da saag". What do the two phrases mean in English, and what do "ka" and "da" mean in English? Thank you.
