2 gms all spices |
 |
5 gms butter |
 |
20 gms brown sugar |
 |
80 gms vinegar |
 |
500 gms onion, finely chopped |
 |
500 gms garlic, finely chopped |
 |
Salt and pepper to taste |

In
a pan, combine butter, onion, garlic and all the spices.
Cook until the onion turns brown. Add brown sugar. Cover the
pan and cook on low flame for 45 minutes, stirring
occasionally.

Add vinegar and cook for another five minutes. Add salt and
pepper. Remove the pan from the flame and allow it to cool.
Store in an air-tight sterilized jar and refrigerate.
