bullet Garlic (lasan), skinned 1/2 cup / 100 gm
bullet Cumin seeds (jeera) 1 tsp / 5 gm
bullet Red chilli powder 2-3 tsp / 10-15 gm
bullet Yoghurt (dahi) 1/4 cup / 50 gm
bullet Salt to taste
  • Mix together all the ingredients. Grin / blend to a smooth paste. Store in an airtight jar until ready to use. If refrigerated, this chutney will easily stay for 2 weeks.
