As the name implies,
this dough is prepared with yeast. All ingredients should have
room temperature. Dry yeast has been used in all the recipes.
For more information about yeast. In most cases the dough is
mixed and kneaded like a bread dough; and has to be left in a
warm place to rise to twice its size, then shaped and again left
in a warm place to rise for a short period before being baked.
The oven has to be preheated.
