Mix the
chicken mince with all spices and sauces and leave for an
hour. Shape mince into 12 round patties and set aside.
In a
bowl mix all ingredients of batter with a little water to
make a thick batter. Dip chicken cutlets in the batter and
roll in the bread crumbs.
In a
saucepan, heat cooking oil and shallow fry chicken cutlets
on low heat. Fry both sides till chicken cutlets turn a
golden brown. Then heat the buns and spread with mayonnaise.
Put a
chicken patty on the bun, put lettuce leaves on top, add
ketchup if desired.
