bullet Roast beef 8 slices
bullet Cheese 8 slices
bullet Carrots 3, chopped finely
bullet Cabbage 1 small, finely chopped
bullet Lettuce few leaves, chopped fine
bullet White pepper 1 tsp
bullet Black pepper 1/2 tsp, crushed
bullet Sugar 1 tsp
bullet Butter 2 tbsp
bullet Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
bullet Salt to taste
bullet Bread 8 slices, lightly toasted
  • Combine mayonnaise with the vegetables, white pepper, black pepper, sugar and salt. Spread the toasted slices lightly with butter then the mayonnaise mixture, top with roasted beef slice and cheese. Sprinkle chopped lettuce on top. Serve warm.
