Sieve
the flour, salt and black pepper. Rub in 2 tbsp of ghee into
the flour. Add methi, then add milk and knead flour into a
firm dough. Cover and set aside for 40 minutes.
Divide
dough into 4 portions. Roll each into a smooth ball. Roll
out each ball like chapati. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha
on each side till half done without using ghee. Then put a
tbsp of ghee on the paratha and fry both sides.
